Pierce is seeking enthusiastic, career-minded, self-motivated individuals for Verizon sales representative positions to secure qualified sales leads within assigned multi-dwelling residential environments. Prior sales experience is welcome, but not necessary. Many of our top producing Sales Representatives from across the country have come from diverse career backgrounds other than sales such as Promotional Marketers; Teachers; Coaches; Restaurant Servers; Bar Tenders; Customer Service Representatives; etc. Therefore, you may have acquired the skill set for this opportunity through other experiences.
As a Sales and Marketing Professional for our Verizon client, you will manage your properties with the support of both a Verizon Coach as well as, a Pierce District Sales Manager in an effort to help you achieve success.

This is a salaried position with un-capped commission potential. You can expect paid training and an increased ramp up rate during the first 3 weeks on the job. You will be eligible to participate in Pierce's comprehensive medical, dental and vision health and welfare benefits after 90 days of consecutive employment.

Requirements:
High School diploma or GED required.
Ability to work a flexible schedule to include days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Minimum expectation per week is 40 hours or more.
Ability to stand for extended periods and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Other physical requirements may include: walking, reaching, pulling, pushing, climbing, bending, and stooping.
Ability to pass a required background check screening which includes a Motor Vehicle Record search.
Anyone using their personal automobile to conduct business for Pierce, must adhere to all local, state, and federal motor vehicle laws to include, but not limited to: -a properly registered and inspected vehicle
A valid driver's license
Liability insurance limits must adhere to state requirements, at minimum.
