Description

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent, CPA preferred
* Must be adept in QuickBooks (for PC) and QuickBooks Payroll
* Previous experience as a Controller (close oversight to cash flow) preferred
* Knowledgeable in GAAP

Responsibilities:

* Lead annual and project based budgeting processes;
* Draft organizational financial policies, procedures and controls;
* Pay bills;
* Oversee annual audit;
* Issue payroll checks;
* Prepare tax filings;
* Maintain accurate records and files;
* Make bank deposits;
* Manage accounting functions;
* Develop reports and financial statements for management and funders.

Location: Virtual position (Must be able to attend meetings in Boston, Massachusetts)
