Description

Temporary/Seasonal Farm workers: 09/1/10 - 12/1/10.- 40 hr/wk

Working Hours: 8 hours Monday- Friday.

Housings is provided for noncom muter workers; 3/4 workday guarantee to workers,
Transportation reimbursement is provided: Employer provides tools/equipment and weather gear. Work in all weather conditions.

Duties: Manually plant, cultivates, and harvest vegetables, fruits, nuts and field Use hand tools, such as shovels, trowels, hoes, tampers, pruning hooks, shears, and knives. Duties may crops. include tilling soil and applying fertilizers; transplanting, weeding, thinning, or pruning crops; applying pesticides; cleaning, packing, and loading harvested products. May construct trellises, repair fences and farm buildings, or participate in irrigation activities. 1 month experience in duties listed is required.
